DESCRIPTION
Riddhi Coating Machine is available with 12", 18", 24", 30", 36", 42" 48", 60" or 72 " size SS Pan. Coating Machine is totally enclosed with MS Cladding with Standard Gear Box, Motor, Hot Air Blowing arrangement. Machine is designed with MS fabricated structure and all arrangements - except electric control, air filter and SS Pan are inside the enclosure, which makes simple cleanable outside covering. Machine is mounted on dynamounts which avoids foundation.

30", 36" 42" or 48", Coating Machine has variable speed drive and hot air blowing system is built in the machine.

60" or 72" Coating Machine has two speeds with step pulley without hot air blowing system. Suitable hot air blowing system can be supplied separately on demand.

All Riddhi Coating Machines are provided with interlocked electrical circuit so that heaters can be operated only after blowers are made "ON" to avoid burning of heaters. Coating SS Pan mouth ring is soldered at their rim cavities to avoid collection of dirt or contaminated drug. Riddhi standard machine with Redicon / Elecon Gear Box and NGEF/ Remi Siemens Motor and all electricals controls are of Siemens or L & T make. Thermostat control can be provided on demand. On Customer demand , Gear box and Electricals including motors can be provided local make for economic purpose.

We follow European Standards in Machine which other Indian Companies are not using same type of Quality for Price and other activities.

• We are using in SOLACE Machine major parts like DWYER MAKE MAGHELIC Differential Pressure Guage for Negative and Positive Pressures to show the difference in Guages.

• We are using BINKS England make guns which have a very long working life of 5 years while other Indian make guns used by others machines have life of 6 months . Therefore the customer is benefited by BINKS to a great extant
  
• We incorporate in machine Programmable Logic Controls System (PLC) so that all the coating parameters can be stored and checked, while other Indian manufacturers use Micro Processor Controls where you do not get reference facility for back records.
  
• We are providing Prefilter, Hepa Filter in the same price range. This system is required for GMP Regulation machine.
  
• We also provide Pneumatic Positioning Control for Air monitoring but no one in India is providing this . Therefore our price will be little higher but all these features are very essential for latest coating machines of GMP Standards.
