‘REVA’   DRY HEAT STERILISER        (G.M.P. MODEL)   

HEATING CYCLE
The ampoules ‘Vials’ bottles  placed in trays are washed in non-sterile room and loaded on the trolley.
The trolley is moved to the sterilizer on a transfer trolley. Temperature and Times are set on the Digital Controller. The Impeller mounted on the top circulates the hot air horizontally over the charge. The air is heated by elements  mounted on the top. Fresh air enters the system through Hepa Filter Module. The system incorporates two doors, one opening into the sterile room and the other opening in the non-sterile room. Both the doors are pneumatically interlocked. The temperature profile during sterilization cycle is recorded on a circular chart recorder,validation of the system is provided by a six-point digital temperature scanner.  

COOLING CYCLE 
After the time period required for sterilizing the batch has elapsed, the heating circuit shuts of. The pneumatics damper (exhaust) opens and  and cooling operation commences.

‘REVA’   STERILE FILLING VESSEL (G.M.P. MODEL)

Made out of AISI 316 quality S.S. specially designed for sterile solution. Outlet nozzle fitted with a long pipe, which draws out all the liquids from the container. Top lid clamping type fitted with a glass for visual inspection. Vessel is argon arc welded with smooth finished corners and highly polished from inside and out side. The vessel is provided with 2 handles for lifting with S.S. 304 trolley with castor wheels. Complete as per our standard. This  vessels are tested at 2 bar pressure ,  round in shape at top.

‘REVA’ S.S. MEMBRENE FILTER HOLDER (G.M.P. MODEL)  

Made out of S.S.316 quality S.S., suitable for filtration of sterile liquids. The unit is provided with TWO silicon gaskets  & support screen with non-sticking mirror finish with bolts & wing nuts. An air escape valve is also fitted to remove inside air.

Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit.

‘REVA’ PRESSURE VESSEL  (G.M.P. MODEL)  

Made out of 16 gauges AISI 316 complete with ring cover, wing nuts and neoprene gasket. Bent out-let nozzle will be fitted with S. S. Pipe to draw out all the fluid from the vessel. Inlet nozzle for allowing pressurized air. This  vessels are tested at 4 bar pressure , conical in shape at top.  

The vessel will be fitted with one safety valve and two falling down handles.              

All welding work will be done by Argon Arc S.S. 316 quality to give smooth finish.               

Vessel is mirror polished from inside and outside.

‘REVA’   RUBBER BUNG WASHING MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL)

Suitable for washing of rubber/latex stoppers for vials and bottles. Unit consists of outer container of  S.S. with overflow through. Inner product holder is a S.S perforated basket. The basket is than put in the outer container, washing water flows from a centrally locketed S.S. pipe. Filtered compressed air is passed through specially designed sparger pipe which generates a highly velocity flow pattern and fluidizes the rubber stoppers.

The water in the container can be heated if required, by an electric heater or a steam coil provied. After each wash-cycle quick draining possible with 1 ½” drain valve. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality.                               

‘REVA’  TURN TABLE    (G.M.P. MODEL)

Also called unscramble or accumulator. The rotating table is provided with S.S. top and is supported on antifriction ball bearings to provide smooth unscrambling or accumulation of vials. The Turn Table can be located on any point in the production line for imparting initial flow to the vials and/or for the smooth transfer of vials between machine and accumulating the vials.

Adjustable Stainless Steel spring guides are provided to ensure complete feeding  and discharge of all the vials.The unit works on 0.5 H.P.,440 volts motor with reduction fitted with automannually variable drive to give 5 to 30 R.P.M. or as required.

’REVA’   VERTICAL AUTOCLAVE        (G.M.P. MODEL)                         

For sterilizing culture media, utensils, glassware etc. The boiler is made out of heavy heavy gauge S.S.304 sheet. The boiler absolutely leak proof and steam tight hydraulically tested at double the required steam pressure. Lid is clamped by eyebolts and wing nuts and can be opened top by foot paddle. The pressure gauge safety valve, temperature dial gauge fitted on the top. The Autoclave is supported on strong safety outer cover of  S.S. sheet. The cover is painted in heat resisting paint and the outer components are buffed. A stand with holes is provided inside to keep the material. The Autoclave is complete as above to work on A.C. 440  volt as per our standard.
