RIDDHI Colloid Mill is suitable for Homogenising, Emulsifying, Dispersing, Mixing, Comminuting of liquids to highly viscous products. It is based on rotor-stator principle. It is available in plain as well as Water Jacketted model which is suitable for heat sensitive products. Flame proof electricals can be supplied on demand at extra cost.

Operation
Product is fed to the operating area of rotor, having a speed of 3000 rpm by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high shear, pressures & friction between the stator & rotor, & is also subjected to intensive vibration which exert their force on it by means of pressing & releasing actions.due to the slightly deviating tapering of the milling surfaces of stator & rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section. This processed product continuously leaves the mill through the drain pipe, if required, it can be recirculated.

Salient Features

All contact parts are made out of SS. 304 (SS.316 on demand at extra charges). No casting are used for avoidingcontamination problems.
Coupling provided between motor shaft & rotor shaft for ease in maintenance.
Three oil seals between the Motor & the processing chamber to prevent liquid going in the motor winding, Resulting in the burning of the motor.
Modified design of semi concave teeth in rotor & stator reduces the motor HP & gives better performance in size reduction without damaging the product.
Extended bearing housing specially designed to facilitate fine adjustment of bearing clearances or back lash to avoid metal to metal contact of rotor & stator. This unique design provides smooth & consistence all round performance & long life of rotor & stator.
Leak proof neoprene sealing device.
Three way cock system for draining & recirculation of liquids provided as standard. Extra discharge spout provided as standard for viscous products.
DOL Starter with over load relay for protection against single phasing & low voltage.
Contact parts can be easily dismantled for cleaning.
Special design facilitates adjustments of the grinding gap by an exterior screw by means of handle even during operation.
Flame proof motor &Flame proof rotary switch can be provided on request at extra cost.

Homoginizer / Emulsifier

This is useful for making suspensions and emulsion etc. The homogenizing head consists of stator and rotor arrangement made out of S.S. 316 quality. The stator is steel supporting rods and the rotor is driven by suitable motor. Telescopic stand for above homoginizer is made out of M.S. channel. Worm and worm wheel to lift by handle. M.S. stand cledded by S.S. 304, 18 gauge sheet.

All Stainless Steel parts are polished as matt finish by 120 grit.

'REVA' ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL)

Designed to clean vials, bottles or similar containers by subjecting each to series of distinct processing operation. Independent line connections for various processing systems are provided. The machine is also equiped with the additional connection for washing or rinsing the outside of the container.

The diving mechanism is arranged in the bottom part and is provided with a Geneva Mechanism. The rotation speed in one round per minute with capacity to wash 100 bottoles per minute. Maximum dia of bottol 85 mm. It is provided with individual solenoid valves for each Wash controlled by a panel board.

The machine is provided with 5 stations including one for spraying on top of the bottle for outside cleaning depending on requirement of the client. The remaining 4 stations can be connected to jets of detergent, steam / hot water, distilled D.I. Water and air. The machine works on A.C. 440 Volts, 0.5 H.P.3 phase motor.The machine is supplied with 2 tanks of S.S. 316 qlty.75 ltrs. each, one for detergent and other for hot water, fitted with thermostatically controlled 6 K.W. heater and other for fresh water/ D.M. water provided with S.S. float. The machine is fitted with higher capacity Centrifugal Pumps (2 Nos.) with 1 H.P.Motor. for sufficient water and pressure required to wash bigger sized bottles.

The specially designed cups are provided on the platform to accommodate any size of bottle from 100 ml. To 500 ml. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 Quality and body cladded with S.S. 304, 18 Gauge sheet. Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit. The machine requires two operators, one for loading the bottles and the other for unloading.

The unit is of a strong construction to provide years of Trouble free service Our standard model is an elegantly designed cabinet covered with S.S outercover, Three different speeds can be obtained as 8,16 & 24 strokes min. i.e. 1000 to 3000 bottles/hr. Two nos of standard S.S. syringes of any size on either sides can be easily fitted on the machine & driven by 0.5 H.P.440 volts Electric motor with suitable gear box. Machine is also suitable for heavy liquid up to 1000 ml.

Two Bottles guides and nozzles with adjustable are provided.
