Barley is from the lands of the ancient Egyptians, Grown in mud from the Nile River and held in pottery, was believed to be the first cereal crop by many ancient religions. In the recent year (1999- 2000) the estimate of barley production is 4,360,000 metric tones.

Indian wheat is largely soft/medium hard, medium protein ,bread wheat. India produces around 1.5 million tons of wheat. It is small seed variety . India produces 85 -90% world production. It can be milled in flour. (2) kabuli- large seeded variety of chana. India produces only- 10t to 15 % of world production.
It is slightly bitter, pungent & hot.It is used in chilly & curry powder, pickling, sausages, middle eastern asian recipes.India mainly exports to UK , SINGAPORE, SAUDI ARABIA & JAPAN.
Guar seed extracts guar gum- 29% and churi & corma – 30% to 41%. India produces 80 % of world production. Indian guar mainly exports to USA & European countries.
Maize is the most important grain after wheat & rice. Maize provides nutrition to both humans (33.3%) and animals(66.6%). Maize is raw material for production of starch, protein & alcoholic beverages, food sweeteners. India's maize production is between 10-14 million tons with 80 -90% of production in kharif. In 2003-04 India exports 5 lakh tons of maize to south east asian countries. We supplied 120000 tons of maize to PEC LTD in 2003-04. We regularly supply it to anil starch, maize products, Gujarat ambuja exports,& poultry farms.
Rice Bran De-Oiled is an ideal ingredient for Fisheries, Poultry and Cattle Feed. We offer different qualities for various uses. Though of low cost, it is rich in the valuable amino acids-methionine, cystine & lysine and phosphorus-avital and expensive mineral.
