Manufacturing Unit
Our company has two manufacturing facilities located at Athipet and Ambattur. Our spacious manufacturing unit at Athipet is spread across an area of 4000 sq feet with an office space of about 2500 sq feet. We posses a conference room of 600 sq feet maintained for all kinds of training and seminar sessions.
We posses latest technology machines like Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM ) that helps us to maintain any critical dimension. In house availability of air gauges and bore gauges which can measure 0.0005 mm that is 0.5 microns helps us in maintaining correct bore geometry. We have strong associations with many companies from whom we outsource many processes like Heat Treatment, Surface Coatings, plating and surface treatments etc for providing superior quality.
