Insulation Blanket Mesh  
We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Insulation Blanket Mesh to maximize generating capacity out of a given size turbine. Higher pressure is required to increase capacity. To fit around the turbine, removable knitted wire mesh blankets were made in sections. This helps in reducing insulation problems. Flexibility: A two way stretch is provided by the knitted loop structure, which creates lower stiffness than the insulation it covers. In order to fit around complex surfaces and irregular curves, these structures are useful. Strength: Strong insulation covering can be attained as the mesh is manufactured using high metal. It is resistant to vibration, penetration by sharp object and rough handling. Economics of Material: Knitted mesh is more cost effective than glass or hexagonal mesh for temperature ranges of 600˚F to 1200˚F. Inconel Alloy knitted mesh is the powerful abrasion resistant material used for temperatures ranging from 1200˚F to 2300˚F Cost and Ease of Fabrication: In order to suit blankets to be manufactured, knitted mesh can be purchased in widths. Industrial scissors or sears can be used to cut the mesh. Using a stapler as the preferred method, in many cases, specialized sewing labor can be eliminated. Moreover, by eliminating special labor skills, the blankets can be manufactured reducing fabrication cost. |

Droplet Seperators  
Our Droplet Seperators work on the basis of three mechanism like diffusion separation and separation by blocking effect. Different types of material are used to make the seperators effective. The degree of separation reaches up to 99.9 % and the pressure loss is small. For separating droplets such as water, grease and oil from gas, air and steam streams, these separators are used. Our separators are widely used in industrial plants across the globe. Separation process: Through the wire mesh package, air loaded with fluid droplets streams. Due to the inertia collide, the droplets collide onto the wire surface. These droplets accumulate at the wire mesh knots and fall as large drops. The separation performance depends on essentially on the specific wire surface of the wire mesh, on the gap volume and on the streaming speed. Applications: - Rectification plants

Surgical Knitted Mesh

Surgical meshes are used in the repairing and reinforcement of hernia and facial disorder. This requires extra support of non-absorbable mesh at the time of wound healing.
