These cone crushers ensure a rock to rock crushing action for creating a better product shape and a more consistent gradation. Our CMC series cone crushers are provided with threaded rotating bowl for maintaining a consistent setting around the entire circumference of the crushing chamber. These crushers use a tramp release system with a fixed point of return for upholding the crusher setting immediately after passing a piece of tramp iron.

These crushers facilitate finer quality product with fewer crushing stages, low capital cost and less power. Our cone crushers are integrated with special Ph-bronze bushings and head & bowl assembly for easy assembly and dismantling. The hydraulic tramp release cylinders are of double-acting that allow passing of tramp iron without stalling the crusher. This in turn facilitates large clearing stroke for reduced efforts to clear a stalled crusher. The mantle, bowl liner, adapter ring and wedge bolts of our CMC series cone crushers can be replaced for converting the finest cavity to a coarser cavity.
