We are presently medium sized project engineering company engaged in design, Engineering, Fabrication and supply of process equipments and turnkey utility services. With the passage of time, we have developed strong capabilities to successfully deliver turnkey projects as well as services to heavy to light but critical fabricated equipments in these industries.
With such a very high growth rate, we are aiming this year turnover of around Rs. 90 million.
Our factory has 70,000 square feet of manufacturing shop and a small office block. The whole of the inside of the shop is under crane. Our twenty-ton cranes are 35 under the hook allowing us to tackle projects of almost any size. The shop and offices are equipped with all the machine tools and CAD capabilities necessary to run a sophisticated fabrication shop.
Latest welding machines, grinding, gas-cutting equipments along with large capacity mobile cranes have been a boon to the organization. We provide services to filter companies most of the large sized & heavy Gas Turbine Intake Housings (Frame 3 to 6), fabricated grid structures for pre, micrometric and hepa filters, filter frames in M.S, G.I as well as Aluminium construction.
In HVAC segment, we have been supplying air-handling units in single skin and double skin, air washers as per air conditioning & ventilation company s requirements.
With the growth of large industrial base in the Delhi capital region, we have been flooded with orders for supply of special material handling & storage equipments which included specially designed racks, simple trolleys, drum lifters, cabins, material lifters, cages, phosphating & chemical tanks in M.S & S.S materials. Pre-Engineered sheds ready to be installed in shortest possible time is another specialty of ours. Capacity of our two shearing & two Press brakes (GODREJ MAKE) helps us in shearing & bending of sheets and plates is up to 10 mm thick and 3 mtr. Wide. |
