Laminar Air Flow Cabinets provides a class 100 air flow in the work area for operations where products is of utmost importance. The unrestricted open front work area allows the use of equipment under biologically clean conditions.

Application: The Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is designed to provide a high degree of protection for process products In laboratories and production facilities. Many critical applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, nuclear-power, and micro electronic fields demand an ultra-clean work environment which is free from biological and particulate contamination.

Operation: Ambient Air is draw in through pre-filter and is introduced in the work zone through the HEPA filter. The average velocity in the work zone is maintained between 0.4 and 0.5 m/s. Air cleanliness in the work zone is better than class 3.5 (100) in accordance with US FED STD 209 E

Construction: The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sunmica clad or mild steel cabinet duly epoxy coated. The work table is made of thick board which is sunmica clad at top or S. S Table top will be provided as optional accessories.

All joints are sealed with silastic sealant. Side panels are provided of thick transparent acrylic sheets. The unit is fitted with pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filter having efficiency rating as high as 99.997% with hot, DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size : 0.3 micron and larger. 

Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Blowers are mounted on vibration isolation mounts to minimize vibration. The working is illuminated by fluorescent lightings fitted to the unit. R.K. Incubator

Construction: - Incubator are sturdy, with double walled’ construction with complete inner chamber made of anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless steel. Outer chamber is made of mild steel sheet, finished with powder coated paint. 75mm gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation and to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber fabricated with ribs for adjusting shelves to convenient height. Supplied with  2 removable shelves. SHELVES are made of fully anodized aluminum sheet as per chamber. Door is insulate & fitted with heavy hinges. Door has double glass window which facilitate inspection of samples without opening the door.

Heating Element:-heating elements are made of high grade nickel/chrome plate nichrome wire witch are put inside the porcelain beads and placed at the bottom and side ribs for uniform temperature all over the space.

Temperature Control:- temperature is controlled by imported capillary type thermostat form ambient to 100°C. Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees degrees after actually observing the temperature in steady state. An L-shaped prismatic glass thermometer is fitted on top of the incubator for reading the chamber temperature.

Ventilation:-Air ventilators are provided on both sides at top to flue away any gas or fumes.

Control Panel: - the equipment is provided with a panel having a thermostat control knob, ON/OFF switch and two pilot lamps.

Technical Data:

 

The offered range progresses from its initial stage with the process of dehydration stages that final embedding in wax and 12 processing stage that quite elaborate methods and employed for preparing tissues for histology. Moreover, the last stages are thermostatically controlled wax baths that make the programming easy by cutting notches at desired timing breaks on the disc that is calibrated for a day. With the help of double load we can processed 86 tissues by using the equal and immersion time. Furthermore, with single load head 43 tissues processed for unequal immersion time.

 

For weekend and routine delay starting the delay timer is an about 1 day. To ensure better penetration both the baskets keep rotating and beakers remain covered throughout the process of evaporation. After the completion of the cycle the unit automatically gets locked so as to prevent double processing. This help the tissue remains embedded in the wax bath and until it is not removed.

 

Safety Devices:

 

The tissue is protected by the built- in safety device that does not allow it to shift from 10^th to 11^th or 11^th to 12^th stage, when wax is not dissolved. Due to power failure of malfunctioning of the wax baths this precludes any accident. The offered range is supplied with complete 2 SS Basket Rotors, 2 SS Baskets and 6 SS.
