Aqueous Ultrasonic Cleaners We are instrumental in offering our clients with multi stage aqueous ultrasonic cleaners that are used in cleaning process in industries and are perfect replacements for chlorinated solvents like TCE and PCE. These aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems are not hazardous to human health & environment, unlike chlorinated solvents, which can cause cancer over prolong exposure. Also contributing towards the relief of ozone depletion, as against chlorinated solvents, these aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems are environmentally benign and technically feasible alternatives for solvent cleaning. These ultrasonic cleaners use water compounded with alkali, surfactants, water conditioners, corrosion inhibitors and foam stabilizers as media for cleaning purposes. Mainly, cleaning is dependant upon the chemical properties of the solvent, but in case of ultrasonic cleaning, the mechanical properties of the systems play a vital role. Properties like high-pressure spray, ultrasonic agitation and dunking are extremely important, and thus, these systems have higher ultrasonic power per liter of volume, which ranges between 16 to 20 watts per liter. The salient features of our aqueous ultrasonic cleaners are as follows: - Good solvency
- Lower heat of evaporation
- High or absence of flash point
- Non-corrosive nature
- Relative stability & compatibility with metals & glass
Since the nature of solvent used is a crucial aspect, the successful implementation of aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems is necessitated through a careful design. The operations involved in the operation are: - Cleaning with aqueous solution
- Removal of contaminated solution with water rinse
- Removal of water
- Hot air drying

Solvent Recovery Systems Our clients can avail from us, a technologically advanced range of recovery systems for solvent base cleaners that is used for on-site recycling. Generally these are used in industries where 100 liters of solvent waste is generated per day. These cleaners use several separation technologies for on-site recycling of contaminated solvents like gravity separation, filtration, bath distillation, fractional distillation, evaporation. The function and operation of these cleaners are as follows: - Use of contaminated solvent after initial use for a second cleaning process (downgrading)
- Solvent acquires very less contamination in usage
- Solvent can be downgraded or used for less demanding cleaning operations
- Heavily contaminated solvent requires more effort for recycling and also requires the exploration of possibilities for on-site and off-site recycling or reclamation
- The soil removed through vapor degreasing and cold cleaning is accumulated in the equipment
- After reuse, the solvent becomes too contaminated and needs to be reclaimed or disposed of via incineration
- Trichloroethylene in degreasing is capable of cutting solvent waste from 20 drums a month to five drums a month (a 75 percent reduction). This reduced the virgin solvent consumption by 15 drums a month
- The solvent waste is pumped into a holding tank
- This collected waste is redistilled in a period of two weeks for recovering as much solvent as possible, leaving only 5 drums per month requiring off-site disposal
Some of the extra features of our recovery systems for solvent base cleaners are as follows: - Proprietary designed water separator encased in cooling jacket for removal of atmospheric water added during distillation
- Extra cooling coils for fast distillation of solvent. (Bigger freeboard zone)
- Indirect heating (Oil bath heating) for preventing excess heating of solvent for avoiding disintegration
- Provided with effective chilling unit, storage tank (optional), air tight lid cover, filter unit (optional) at input and level indicator
These systems are available in the following standard sizes: | Effective Size | Volume in Liters | Heater Load | Chiller Unit | Rate Of distillation/ hour | | 20 x 16 x 16 | 60 Liters | 7.5 KW | 1 Ton | 10 Liters | | 28 X 20 X 16 | 120 Liters | 9 KW | 2 Ton | 15 Liters | | 28 X 28 X 20 | 150 Liters | 12 KW | 3 Ton | 20-25 Liters | | | | |

Ultrasonic Cleaners We designing and manufacturing an industrial grade range of single tank ultrasonic cleaners that is used for cleaning a small number of parts. These ultrasonic cleaners are unlike standard table top type systems that have small transducers, with the generator, tank and heater in the same shell. Our single tank aqueous ultrasonic cleaners are robustly constructed and have a separate generator unit to prevent the damage by heat generated in the ultrasonic tank. Allowing more space for larger transducers on the tank bottom, these single tank ultrasonic cleaners are suitable for low volume, lab type or prototype cleaning lines. These cleaners can be set up for cleaning the parts and the multiple tank systems of the machines. These cleaners are offered to our clients in the following tank sizes: | | Working Dimensions | Capacity in Liters | Ultrasonic Power | Heaters | Timer | Thermostat | Material of Construction | Generator | | 10 x 6 x 6" | 5.5 Liters | 150 watts | 500 watts | Optional | Non Indicating | SS 304, 1.5 MM | Separate | | 12 x 8 x 6" | 8 Liters | 250 watts | 500 watts | Optional | Non indicating | SS 304, 1.5 MM | Separate | | 15 x 8 x 12" | 21 Liters | 600 watts | 1200 watts | Digital | Digital | SS.316, 1.5 MM | Separate | | 24 x 16 x 16" | 92 Liters | 1000 watts | 3000 watts | Digital | Optional | - | - | | 24 x 18 x18" | 25 Liters | 1500 watts | 4000 watts | Digital | Optional | SS.316, 1.5 MM | Separate | | 24 x 20 x30" | 236 Liters | 2000 watts | 5000 watts | Digital | Optional | - | - | | 36 x 20 x 20" | 236 Liters | 2400 watts | 5000 watts | Digital | Optional | - | - | | 24 x 24 x 48" | 450 Liters | 4800 watts | 10 K.
