Dear esteemed customer! We take this opportunity to brief about our existence in the market, in the manufacturing line. We are infrastructured in the year 1998, as a partnership concerned. The partnership is formed and continued between two active partners Mr. R.K.Pillai and Mr.S.K.Pillai. The firm is geared up and engaged in the manufacturing of various kinds of Gear Boxes,Precision Gears and allied Machined Components. Our products manufactured mainly to cater to the need of modern high-tech defence vehicles as per their drawings and specifications to provide import substitute.

	Future Plans We have long term planning in nut a shell, and the time will speak of that, but our short term plans are being brought into existence within the time frame work in the step of advancement in right direction of expertise in gears sector in mechanical field of production. Following are some of the short term planning of our expansion program. (i) Installation of heavy duty CNC turning centre (ii) Installation of VMC (iii) Heavy Duty Centre Lathe (iv) Radial Drilling Machine (v) RCC Construction of additional floor to cater to the need of extra space required for plant and machinery installation.


	Products We manufacture a wide variety of industrial gears, which are mainly supplied to Defence and other Industrial sectors and machines. The gears manufacturing process is meticulously designed and implemented by qualified staff. The gear blanks are forged from specified(type of) raw material and then other dimentions are controlled on CNC turning centre before gear cutting with required quality of hob. Through Hardening/Case Hardening process is done as per requirement of specification and drawing.


	Infrastructure R.K.Engineers is established over the area of 5500 Sq.Ft.,in the heart of Pune M.I.D.C. Industrial area. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with latest gear manufacturing machines,measuring instruments, safe lifting facility and a team of well-qualified and experienced management and skilled manpower. The unit has 24 hours water supply and un-interrupted power supply provided by the Electricity Board to continue production for even 24 hours.
