Industrial are agricultural and heavy duty Centrifugal pumps are available in a wide range.

It includes :

• Available in closed / semi open impeller as per requirement.

For Ferrous castings we use only pig iron ingots as raw material with high manganese & silicon content (according to customer specification) giving close-grained structure reducing weight and increasing strength.All our castings are fully shot blast removing all sand and flash (suitable for powder coating directly). Castings can be supplied as cast / proof machined or fully machined, components to desired precision or sub-assembly kits.

Due to good surface finish and dimensional accuracy, machining margins may be reduced up to 1 mm. We have machine moulding facilities giving the casting uniform weight and thickness. Cores can be provided where needed in bores as small as 8-10 mm. We can supply components in small quantities due to flexible moulding program. We specialize in casting in the weight range of 40 grams to 50 Kg.

We are regularly making intricate decorative and architectural casting in grey iron, and copper base alloys as per customer patterns/designs for exports. Weight ranges from 50 grams to 40 Kg.

Complete pump kits can also be supplied for mounting on electric motors for mono block pumps / bare pumps. Parts are made as per customers drawings and designs for all kinds of pumps mainly for domestic and industrial pumps. Items like pump casing diffusers, impellers, flanges, bearing housing, shaft housing, couplings etc., are also made available.

All our castings are fully shot blast removing all sand and flash (suitable for powder coating directly). As raw material, we use only ingots with duly certified composition by a test report from reputed ingot manufacturers. Casting can be supplied as cast / proof machined or fully machined, components to desired precision or sub-assembly kits.

RKF ’ Vane wheel impellers are made from Ingots of high tensile bronze (Alloy –8A HTB-1 BS 1400) as per international recommendation for self priming side channel pumps. These are suitable for single / multistage, 1440/2800 RPM pumps for domestic, industrial and boiler feed application for handling clean water.
