| Sodium Silicate  |  | Sodium Silicate is a compound mixture of sodium oxide i.e. Na2O with silica sand i.e. SiO2 with water. Sodium silicate is also called water glass.
There are two process to manufacture liquid Sodium Silicate. To manufacture a lower ratio of Sodium Silicate br Hydrothermal process. Mixture of Na2CO3 (Soda Ash) with SiO2 (Silica sand) in furnace fuses of more then 1100° C gives sodium silicate glass in lumps form which is easily dissolved in hot water.
We manufacture large range of sodium silicates and industrial grade sodium silicate as per the customer's specific requirements.

| Shotcrete Accelerator | | Shotcrete Accelerator (silica-crete) is liquid cohesion agent and a rebound reducer for the wet spray method with momentary gluing effect. It is added at the nozzle point wet shot creting machine, which instantly kills the slumps and concrete, sticks to the substrate and thus reducing the rebound loss.
Silica-crete is ready to use accelerator, free of chlorides and other substances that promote corrosion, formulated to enhance the performance of shot crete and grouts. It increases the rate of hydration of hydraulic cement, shortens the time of set or increases the rate of hardening /strength development.
Uses
- For sprayed concrete & mortar in galleries, tunnels, for retaining wall embankment & tank lining etc.
- To produce high quality, fast setting wet shot crete.
- To secure loose & fragmented rock formation during construction.
- To stabilize soil, rocks & to secure subterranean excavation.
- Silica-crete mortar sets rapidly, quick placing of the wet mortar is essential.

| Liquid Retarders | | Liquid Retarders (Saracon-Plast200 R) is water reducing super plasticizer. A liquid admixture for construction industry.
Saracon-Plast200 R is based on a blend of specially selected organic polymers, including sulphonated naphthalene polymers. Saracon-Plast200 R is a powerful dispersant, capable of producing very mobile flowing pump able concrete. It is used to produce concrete having unchanged strength development to produce high workability concrete or reduce cement content or to retard the setting time of concrete.
