About UsRms engineering is a firm promoted by s. B. Badami; after having industrial experience of more than 16 yrs in the field of tool room maintenance and welding. The company has set quality norms and to give the confidence of delivering the quality products within stipulated time, we are implementing ISO system within our organization the company is engaged in three major activities, machining, welding & spray metalized. Along with the fabrication activity of ms and ss we are also into specialized welding line for the specials materials like hastalloy, inconol nimonics, and cast iron etc. The welding activity includes building up of worn out components, die cladding etc, repair /reclamation of fatigued components - on site and in house, hard facing steliting, spray coating by spray-fuse method plasma spray. Etc with this we are undertaking jobs for metal & non metal (polymers) spray for corrosion resistance. Tungsten carbide coating on various components steliting of valve seats metal spray for worn out components like bearing areas of press crank shafts etc. , different metals of various hardness and non metals like aluminum oxide chromium oxide zirconium etc. (user specific) the basic advantages of the process are the heat input to the jobs very less and there is no metallurgical change or dimensional deformation in the base metal. The coating metal gives the desired hardness without any dilution. Coating can be done irrespective of base metal chemistry.
