About Us

Incepted in the year 1994, R.N.Engineering Works is engaged in manufacturing and supplying rolling mill, food processing equipments, heavy chemical equipments & allied equipment. These equipment are featured with application specific design, better efficiency, rugged construction, pollution free operation, and corrosion resistance.
Our company is headquartered at MIDC, Rabale, TTC Industrial Area, a well-known industrial area in Navi Mumbai, India. It is spread over an area of 7500 square feet. Our company has various requisite resources that assist us in undertaking job works on labor basis only.
There is support of dynamic and competent professionals who ensure the development of quality heavy chemical equipments, horizontal lathe machine (1250mm) and vertical turret lathe (VTL). They are also committed to deliver the ordered equipment within the stipulated time frame.

Warehousing and Packaging
We
have voluminous and well-designed warehousing unit. It is divided into various
sections to store diverse range of power generating equipments, vertical turret
lathe (VTL) and valve, with safety. Each section is properly labeled, assisting
in easy, fast storage and retrieval. The unit is equipped with efficient
material handling equipment for loading and unloading of horizontal boring
machine, rolling mill, heavy chemical equipment and power generating equipment.
The unit is handled by proficient warehousing personnel who maintain an inventory
of the incoming as well as outgoing equipment. We
also give utmost care to packing of the ordered equipment. Quality material is
used for packing, to ensure that the equipment and valves are not damaged
during their transportation at client’s destination. Packing can also be done as
per the client’s specific demands.  |
Research and Development
We
have well-equipped research and development department that assists us to
upgrade our existing range of roller for cement industry and horizontal boring
machine. The department is managed and handled by a team of proficient research
experts. They are engaged in conducting research activity continuously with the
aim to improve the equipment. They conduct market surveys to be aware of the
latest developments in the industry. The development may be related to any of
the following areas:
- Production process
- Raw material
- Technology
- Design
The
research personnel evaluate the development with respect to resources available
with the firm. Only after complete assurance regarding its feasibility and
effectiveness in improving our equipment, it is recommended to the concerned
department for implementation in the development process. |
Quality Assurance
We are a quality driven company and make sure to offer horizontal boring machine, power generating equipment, heavy chemical equipment, and rolling mill. We follow stringent quality measures at every stage of the fabrication process. Under the strict vigilance of a team of quality controllers, the fabrication process is executed. Raw material are procured from quality oriented vendors only. The material is quality inspected by the team, prior to its use in the production process. The finished equipment is also quality inspected on various parameters including:
