TDBD Centrifuge machine is mainly used in chemical industries where solid – liquid separation has to take place. It is top loaded, bottom discharged and driven from top. It is run by fluid coupling which gives good performance of the machine when compared with ordinary mechanical clutch pulley arrangement.

The material/ products are loaded from the top into the basket and after finishing the process the product are removed by scraping, the material are discharged from the bottom and it is then transferred to required place. Due to centrifugal effect the solid – liquid separation takes place in the machine.

When this machine is compared with normal top loaded, top unloaded, bottom driven TDBD is more efficient and less time consuming and hence the production rate increases.

TDBD machine can be used in industries where solid – liquid separation has to take place and also where material handing is difficult by using normal Centrifuge machine.

The sizes available with us are 24”, 36” and 48”.
