"R.N.ENGINEERING" High Temperature High Pressure Soft Flow Dyeing Machines is laid out for dyeing cotton, polyester and its blends. It has low liquor ratio starting with 1:5 for polyster and 1:7 for cotton. Main pressure vessel and all parts which are in contact with liquor are made of stainless steel AISI 316/316L which are highly corrosion resistant. Specifications:

• PTFE teflon sheet inside basket for smooth movement of fabric.
• Heavy duty cast stainless steel circulation pump with mechanical seal.
• Lifter reel driven by frequency inverter controlled motor.
• High efficiency heat exchanger to ensure quick heating/ cooling.

We design and manufacture cabinet type hank dyeing machines used for dyeing woolen, rayon, cotton, acrylic, etc. Specifications:

• Cabinet is manufactured from stainless steel sheet grade 304/316 and square pipe frame construction with direct and indirect steam heating coils fitted at the bottom.
• Temperature indicator, sight glass and level indicator is also provided.
• Turbo propeller arrangement assures symmetrical liquor flow in either direction.
• Color inlet tank and control panel are supplied along with the machine.
• The cabinet is designed and supplied in the ratio of 1:15, 1:17 and 1:24 with direct loading and or trolley type to meet the customer requirements.
• The capacity of the machine ranges form 5 kgs to 500 kgs.

Arm dyeing machines is made of corrosion resistant and is equipped with a low pressure pump with a variable output. It is suitable for treating delicate yarn such as pure silk, rayon, mercerised and superfine cotton yarn, etc.

Features:

• Direct and Indirect steam heating is provided with temperature controller.
• Liquor circulation is stopped when the yarn is rotated.

Specifications:

• Available with fully Automatic/ Semi-Automatic Controls.
• Adjustable liquor flow through the tubes.
• High volume low pressure pump with mechanical seal for re-circulation.

This machine is used for drying yarns, fabrics, clothes, silk, etc., with the help of centrifugal force. Hydro extractors are designed for commercial use and should be bolted to a solid concrete floor.
