Garment Machines

Industrial Washing machines and garment washing machines consists of both inner and outer drum made of stainless steel. It is made of 304/ 316 grade material for wetted parts. Basket is supported on heavy duty self aligning ball bearings. This machine is available in 2 models:

1. Front load type
2. Side load

This machine is available in 30, 75, 100, 150, 250 kgs capacity mode.

This is a cubical, rectangular shaped machine used for drying garments or fabric through a heat resistant. Our garment drying machines are available with high quality. The cubical consists of four major portions. Specifications

• A unique steam radiator consisting of copper tubes and aluminum fins which converts the cool sucked in air into charged hot air which in turn is responsible for the drying of the garments or fabric.
• A stainless steel (AISI 304) smoothly perforated inner basket consisting of stainless steel dampers which holds the garments, fabric and is rugged, durable and rust proof.
• Control Panel is responsible for the automatic working of both the transmission motor and the exhaust motor.
• It consists of programmable timers and other electricals to facilitate automatic reverse forward rotations and other electrical operations.
• A rugged, painted powder coated, heavy fabricated mild steel exterior which houses the drive assembly, the transmission mechanism, the radiator, the stainless steel inner basket, the exhausting chamber, the control panel and so on.
• The assembly is held together by bolts so as to allow accessibility for easy maintenance.
• Safety devices are incorporated to shut of the machine when the door is open and in a regular 8 hour Shift.
• The machine capacity is a fixed range of 25 kg to 150 kg.

This machine is used for drying yarns, fabrics, clothes, silk, etc., with the help of centrifugal force. These centrifuges/ hydro extractors are designed for commercial use and should be bolted to a solid concrete floor.
