Automatic high speed shrink wrapping machines with auto collator/tray loader. In the machines shown here, the products be it bottles, tins, cans, containers or cartons, shall be automatically collated through a sophisticated gating device and then processed through the rotary arm wrapper/sealer where the sealing shall be done by means of a constantly heated sealing beam assembly. The machine is capable of achieving speeds upto 40 packs per minute (depending upon product as well as pack configuration required) thus packing the products without any base tray support. Optionally, if required, the system can also be offered with an automatic tray loader). Machines are also available for similar automatic collation operations with lower speed capacity upto 10, 15, 25 packs per minute.

Range:

• Most products like bottles, tins, cans, boxes, containers in various configurations of 6, 12, 18 or 24 with/without base tray or by using only FLAT SHEET at the bottom can be shrink wrapped at speeds ranging between 5-15 packs per minute.
• We offer machines with options of sleeve wrapping/WEB seal (i.e. two bulls eye type openings at the sides) or with partial `U' sealing where, the pack is completely enveloped from all six sides, the front & back are trim sealed and sides are partially sealed.
• We also provide `L' sealers and overlap sealers for products which are low profile in height and requires to be closed from all sides.
• Machines are available to shrink wrap even the very large size of products like jumbo paper reams (1300 x 1100 mm) & also double bed mattresses.

We offer a wide range of semi automatic systems including `L', web and partial `U' sealers, which operate in semi automatic mode for lower production output requirements. We also provide the combination unit consisting of `L'/web sealer with tunnel which can shrink wrap the product either by covering it from all 6 sides or by leaving two small elliptical openings at the sides.

This is an ideal entry level stretch wrapping machine. We offer the manually operated machine through joy stick or spindle operations, turntable type stretch wrapping machines. This machine can also be provided with our specially designed trans pallet base plates design. It is modular and can later be up-graded to the conventional type system.

Rotoplat TP (Special Trans Pallet Design Base Plate):

We offer the special design base plate (patent applied) to load and unload pallet loads via hand pallet truck.

Features: Our trans pallet design turntable does not require a ramp to accomplish the difficult and labour oriented exercise to push the pallet onto the turntable manually nor civil foundation to install a pit in the ground. Our unique design of the trans pallet turntable enables the operator to easily insert the pallet load in place over the turn table by gliding the pallet truck into the specially designed grove which makes the operation faster, safer and unexacting in efforts.

This machine was the recepiant of the Paperax 05 Award. Paper bundles/duplex board reams varying in sizes from 450 x 450 x 350 upto a maximum size of 1300 x 1100 x 50 can now be automatically shrink wrapped at speeds upto 80-100 tons per day.

Today most containers containg cosmetic products are PVC labelled shrink sleeved so as to offer better and attractive packaging which plays an important role in shelf display of the product.

Special Features :

We have designed a special conveyor with adjustable mandrel attachments to label sleeve the bottles inverted thus ensuring that they remain stable. Further in case of pesticides we offer the bottles which are full sleeved and shrunk in flame proof tunnels as the products being solvent based is inflameable. In this system the heater terminals are housed in flame proof junction boxes & all electrical components like motors, thermostats, switches etc are also of flame proof construction.
