Quality Policy / ProcessesProducing critical safety components and assemblies for instance braking systems is not easy. To ensure the compliance with customers requirement, each and every employee is aware of its responsibility and is committed to individually towards achieving our goal of zero defects. Total employee involvement in delivering the highest quality products is achieved by encouraging employees to participate in Quality Circles, Kaizen Activities and Suggestion Schemes. We even reward all the employees participating in such activities to motivate them. A manufacturing process that takes care of monitoring, measuring and analysis of all the processes responsible for quality of the product including capability studies help our customers reduce the need of part inspection at their lines. FMEAs are live documents and are continuously improved. ISO TS 16949 Certificate by TUV testifies our total commitment to quality.
Team / ManpowerWith a team of designers with over two decade of experience in designing, Rockman combines together the latest technologies/platforms and rich experience. Once the tool design is complete, the design data is converted into machining data using softwares and this data is transferred directly to High Speed and High Precision Machining Centers. We can produce tools upto a weight of 5 tons. Maximum tool that can be produced in-house can go up to a dimension of 850 X 850 X 950 mm. Rockman also designs complex machining fixtures for CNC Machining of components.
