Network Operations & Maintenance Service Offerings

Specifications :

Ensures consistent & excellent quality of network through the constant vigilance and improvement of the network performance.
Event Management including Trouble Ticket Management
Operator will be notified of service-affecting network events and alarms in accordance with agreed notification procedures.
First Line Diagnostics provides the diagnostics capabilities to identify the fault or problem.
Remote Corrective Actions provides remote corrective actions to be taken by FLM- NOC staff, to preserve service non-affecting or restore affecting service as soon as possible.
Performance Reporting provides reports of alarms and events that have occurred. These reports will be presented to operator periodically to assist operator to know the network better maintenance

Diesel Filling Management

Specifications :

Study & record the fuel consumption rate for different capacity of DG set
Ensure availability of fuel at right time
Ensure no short-fall of fuel
To reduce the time cycles to supply of fuel
To suggest the change in diesel filling modality
To reduce the pilferage of fuel

Documentation Support

Responsibilities Include :

Preparation of daily progress report (DPR) to NOC for analysis
Provision of incidental activity report on weekly basis as per attached format.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly & half yearly preventive maintenance report with current spares stock status & require spares requisition to carry out the Preventive Maintenance activities as per equipment manufacture standard.
