Established in the year 1963, we “ROHIT INDUSTRIES GROUP (P) Ltd,” are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Solid Carbide & HSS tools. Our complete range include Solid Carbide Endmills (Square, Ballnose, High Helix Aluminum, Corner Radius series), HSS toolbits (Square, Round & Rectangular) and Cut-off Blades, Hss Punches (Round, Square& Hex, Triangular), Solid Carbide Drills, Hss Drill Blanks, Ejector Pins, Grooving Tools and Single Point Turning Tools. Located at New Delhi, we are led by Mr. K. L. Duggal, Mr. Rohit Duggal and Mr. Rahul Duggal who have in depth knowledge about this domain. Their support & technical expertise of our experienced workforce enable us to manufacture good quality carbide and HSS tools.
Furthermore, we also devise various methods of cost cutting that have been implemented by manufacturers of auto part components, ball bearings etc. In our 40 years of service in the engineering industry, we have supplied more than 60, 000 different types of cutting tools.

Quality AssuranceManufactured from high quality imported HSS and carbide, Rohit Tools undergo carefully selected processing (heat-treatment and cnc machining) and strict inspection at each stage of the production process to ensure near net shape geometry for close tolerances and consistently achieve high wear resistance for superior performance. Our production facilities employs skilled man power whose abilities and expertise are continually honed in providing solutions to different tooling issues. We possess modern gadgetry which enables us to have strict control on the quality of our production processes. The nerve center of our works is our testing laboratory in which every single tool is individually tested before it leaves our premises.

Manufacturing FacilityWe have a well equipped manufacturing unit, which spreads over an area of 12000sq feet. with monthly production volume of 5000 pieces. Moreover, our unit also have modern designing facilities like CAD & CAM. Apart from this, the other machines that are installed at our unit includes:
- Heat treatment plant
- 1 CNC tool cutter grinding machines
- 14 HMT, TOS, Jones and Shipman vertical & horizontal spindle grinding machine
- 2 centerless grinding machines
- 6 bandsaw cutting machines
- 1 Milling machine

Our TeamWe have with us a team of 45 members who are experienced and dedicated engineers, computer experts, technicians, industrial designers, quality checking experts and other industry professionals who assist us in the manufacturing of qualitative range of HSS tool bits, solid carbide drills, HSS cutoff blades, HSS drill blanks etc. Our team members are well versed with the use of latest technology and also about the changing trends of the market. This helps in delivering the range exactly as per the prevailing application demands of the industry.
Apart from this, we also conduct regular skill development training for our workforce, which helps them to provide customized solutions to the clients.
