Founder
Roja Traders was founded by Sri. C. Duraipandian & D. Whiterose in the late eighties, and since then there has been no looking back for the company. Presently, the company is managed and run by Sri D. Sreenivasan, Sri D. Baskaran and Sri D. Grahadurai. We are renowned for our prompt services, superior quality, sincerity and timely supply of the products undertaken.

Manufacturing Process
We carry out the manufacturing process using different types of high tech machines. The different stages that it goes through includes the following:
• Paper ruling and sheeting (Print and Sheet the reeled Papers): We make use of the automatic ruling machine for ruling paper to different types of paper reels to sheets with high level of consistency and perfection.
• Folding and counting of ruled sheets: Our production unit is fitted with an automatic folding machine, that ensures accurate folding of papers and performs actual page count & size at high speed.
• Pasting and Binding: Our pool of skilled workers are engaged in pasting and binding of notebooks as it is a semi-automatic process.
• Finished Book Cutting: We make use of the automatic cutting machine that is used for fast,
accurate and smooth cutting of semi-finished stationery products.
• Packing of Finished Goods: All the finished books are shrink
packed and then they are repacked into corrugated boxes. Different pack
sizes of these stationery products are available in compliance with the
customer's specifications.
• Thread Sewing and Wire Stitching: To ensure that the paper folds are sewn tightly and perfectly in the bounded covers, we have the automatic sewing machine. |
