Rolex high-velocity venturi style nozzles have been designed specifically to give maximum blast cleaning rates, uniform abrasive distribution and economy over an extensive operating life.

 

All rolex nozzles including the long life, 1¼” wide throat nozzles incorporate the industry standard 50 mm coarse thread giving quick release from the nozzle holder and avoiding grit entrapment. We still offer as an alternative the original style fine thread nozzle.

 

Rolex offers a full range of short straight and venturi nozzles, angular (bend) 45 degree and 90 degree angle for small diameter hoses used in cabinets or portables. Internal diameters of” to ½” ensure that you have the nozzle to suit your particular application.

Tungsten carbungide Nozzles:

Rolex own brand wide range of tungsten-carbide lined nozzles are available in both long venturi, short ventury and straight nozzle format. They constitute the work horse nozzle of the industry being robust and efficient.

Silicon nitride / carbide Nozzles:

Rolex after much research and development in their continued striving for improvement, have introduced the silicon nitride nozzle with a polyurethane jacket using a bonding technique to eliminate separation. The jacket absorbs shocks ensuring no damage to the liner of the nozzle takes place. Moulding of the polyurethane is carried out by a vacuum which guarantees the large 50 mm thread an accurate fit in the nozzle holder. Field tests have shown an increase in nozzle life when compared with equivalent sizes of tungsten carbide lined nozzles if handled in the correct manner, reducing operator fatigue and increasing productivity.

 

Boron carbide Nozzles:

These offers the longest wear life of any nozzle material including silicon carbide, silicon nitride and tungsten carbide. Peak nozzle production performance is able to be maintained for much longer periods giving more economical use of air and abrasive.  

Nozzle holders:

The rolex nozzle holders are available in nylon and aluminum. All types are complete with high wear, replaceable rubber gaskets. All nozzle holders are manufactured to fit externally over the blast hose. Internal grip rings bite into the blast hos for a safe and secure fit and retaining screws provide additional holding power without penetrating the inner hose layer.

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of the Pressure Blasting Cabinet. It works on the direct pressure principle of abrasive blasting. Abrasively pressured in a pressure vessel and imparted forcefully to the nozzle, these acquire high velocity, thus the blasting is quite intensive. Abrasive particles attain increased velocity as compared to the suction blasting and giving high production output. It is being recommended for reducing thick and hard deposits, deburring and de-flashing of hard metal parts utilizing medium to coarse grain of abrasive particles. Shot preening and stress relieving are operated to medium and high peening intensity. Three standard models are available with us namely:

An exclusively wide range of high production single or double chamber and multiple outlet machines is provided, manufactured to retain all possible demands of the industry. These machines are built for a minimum 10 Bar (150 PSI) accomplished pressure and are supplied with test certificates. Constructing heavy gauge, constructed pressure vessel fabrication is been tested to 13 bar (190 psi) with an operational pressure of 10 bar.

 

With all the excellent durability and wear resistance properties of TC Long Nozzle, the tungsten carbide liner is encased in a soft nylon jacket which absorbs shock, reducing the threat of premature failure from liner damage. The silicon carbide liner in these lightweight nozzles offer improved wear resistance and therefore a longer life than tungsten carbide equivalents. The soft nylon outer jacket absorbs shocks and therefore protects the liner against cracking.

In this blasting gun, pressure is not being created at any place, only suction is happening in the nozzle. If any choke/jam occurs,  blasting will not take place. Nowhere pressure is being created in the equipment. Air directly passing through the gun. It is not being stored at any place. The hopper is open to atmospheric air pressure only.      It is only a Suction Blast, not a Pressure Blast. 

The assembly of all parts of the injector other than the nozzle is known as the nozzle holder. The main purpose of the nozzle holder assembly is to position and hold the fuel injection nozzle in the cylinder head. It also has a passage through which the fuel from the high pressure pipes flow to the nozzle. This is also a passage for the flow of excess fuel from the nozzle.
