Rolls:

We offer proper Roll material with appropriate hardness to suit the specific
application be it breakdown or Finish rolling of Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel or any other material. The various roles we offer are Back Up Rolls, Work Rolls, Skin Pass Rolls and Pinch Rolls.

Coilers/Uncoilers:

Important for operating of Cold rolling lines, these are designed to meet varying parameters like Coil inner diameters, Weight, Drum expansion and Strip Tension Control according to the application concerned. The collapse mechanism can be Hydraulic/ Manual

Upcoilers/ Coilbox:

These are used at the entry and exit side of the Hot Rolling Mills/ Concast Lines For
Copper/ Brass. These are M.S. fabricated and the coil is supported on multiple Rolls as it is drawn into the mill. The Upcoiler with hydraulic operated bending rolls bend the thick straight strip coming out of the mill in coil form.

Bearing housings:

Our bearing housings are made of proper material and closest tolerances to withstand the extreme pressures encountered in rolling operation. We have fitted these with labyrinth sealing rings and other Fixtures for eliminating the entry of contaminants like coolant oil and others which can substantially reduce the bearing life. Moreover, we have incorporated arrangement for continuous lubrication within.

Screw down Systems:

The screw down systems are manually operated or motorized systems from 2HP
to 75 HP driven by special Alloy Steel Screws and Aluminium Bronze Nuts.

Coupling Spindle:

The coupling spindles are widely used for transmitting power from Gear Box/ Pinion Stand to the driven Rolls. These are available in various designs such as Universal Coupling Spindle with Slipper Pads, Star Coupling and others.
