Helical Gear Boxes

We are designing and producing helical gear boxes which are used for rolling mills &
for a variety of other applications in various industries like cranes and material handling, sugar mills, rubber mills and crushers. The body of these helical gear boxes are made cast iron or is M.S. fabricated depending on the application. Made of high quality alloy steel material, the pinions are well hardened and tempered. These are made of carbon steel and proper tolerances on center distances and M.O. T. are maintained to eliminate backlash and other manufacturing defects. We provide our clients with single stage, double stage and multiple-stage helical and spur gear boxes from 1-1000 HP rating.

Pinion Stand Gearbox
We offer our clients with the pinion stand gearbox which is a two stage reduction unit having helical gears fitted in robust mild steel fabricated body. The drive to the rolls is given through a combination of heavy duty gear box, pinion stand and universal coupling spindle assembly.

Spur Gear Boxes
|
We are engaged in manufacturing of single stage, double stage and multiple-stage helical and spur gear boxes from 1-1000 HP rating. Its body is made of Cast Iron or is M.S. fabricated depending on the application. These spur gear boxes with pinion stands are made of high quality alloy steel material and are hardened and tempered.
