We design and engineer cold rolling mills comprise of mill stand, gear boxes, drive systems, coil loading device with uncoilers, coilers, entry & exit tables, measuring and control devices, coil removal system, coolant supply systems, centralized lubrication systems, hydraulic system and complete electrical equipment.

The mills can be fitted with AGC systems, Zonal coolant control systems, Flatness measurement & control systems, Hydraulic Roll Gap adjustment system etc. to ensure close thickness tolerance, flatness and surface finish.

The mills are custom designed depending on the material being rolled, thickness and width requirements, production capacity, mode of operation (reversing or non-reversing) and other inputs.

These are heavy duty mills specifically designed for fast reduction of stainless steel flats. It has two Backup Rolls that are made of Adamite/ EN-31 forged alloy steel and the three Work Rolls are made of EN-9/EN-31 forged alloy steel.

The hot rolling lines comprise of mill stand, gear boxes, drive systems, roller tables, entry guides, upcoilers, rolling oil supply systems, centralized lubrication systems, hydraulic roll separation system and complete electrical equipment.

The slab/ flat from the reheating furnace is fed in the mill which can be handled manually or on roller tables depending on weight of the slab. The Rolls and other raw material are carefully chosen to give maximum operating life keeping in view the accidental overloading and shock loading conditions.

We manufacture 2HI Hot Rolling Mills that are designed for thicker slabs of copper/ brass/ aluminium alloys and can take in a thickness of upto 150 mm. The rolls are made of forged alloy steel having medium hardness. The rolls run on fiber bearings fitted in the chokes. The drive to the rolls is given through a combination of heavy duty gear box - pinion stand - universal coupling spindle assembly. The gear box is a two stage reduction unit having helical gears fitted in robust mild steel fabricated body. The roll lifting is through a combination of hydraulic cylinders and accumulator. The screw down is motorized.

Rolls
With aid of our vast industrial experience, we can select proper Roll material with appropriate hardness to suit the specific application be it breakdown or Finish rolling of Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel or any other material. We supply Back Up Rolls, Work Rolls, Skin Pass Rolls, Pinch Rolls etc. manufactured with closest tolerances under our supervision

Coilers/Uncoilers
These are essential for operating of Cold rolling lines. These are designed to meet varying parameters like Coil inner diameters, Weight, Drum expansion and Strip Tension Control according to the application concerned. The collapse mechanism can be Hydraulic/ Manual

Upcoilers/ Coilbox
These are used at the entry and exit side of the Hot Rolling Mills/ Concast Lines For Copper/ Brass. The Coil Box is M.S. Fabricated and the coil is supported on multiple Rolls as it is drawn into the mill. The Upcoiler with hydraulic operated bending rolls bend the thick straight strip coming out of the mill in coil form

Bearing housings
These are made with proper material and closest tolerances to withstand the extreme pressures encountered in Rolling operation. They are Fitted with labyrinth sealing rings and other Fixtures to virtually eliminate the entry of contaminants like coolant oil etc. which can substantially reduce the bearing life. Arrangement for continuous lubrication is incorporated within.

Screw Down Systems
These are Worm Reduction Gear Boxes as mentioned earlier. They are manually operated or motorized systems from 2HP to 75 HP driven by special Alloy Steel Screws and Aluminium Bronze Nuts.

Coupling Spindle
These are used to transmit power from Gear Box/ Pinion Stand to the driven Rolls. They can be of different designs like Universal Coupling Spindle with Slipper Pads, Star Coupling etc. which are chosen as per application.

We bring Cup Down Mills that are specially designed for use in producing high grade cutlery. It is used to reduce the thickness of the cupping/ front portion of spoon/ fork/ knife which reduces the weight of the front portion and hence balances the piece.

We design and engineer high precision helical gear boxes meant not only for Rolling Mills but also for a variety of other applications in various industries like Cranes and Material Handling, Sugar Mills, Rubber Mills, Crushers, etc.

We manufacture Single Stage, Double Stage and Multiple-Stage helical/ spur Gear Boxes from 1-1000 HP Rating. The Body is made of Cast Iron or is M.S. fabricated depending on the application. The Pinions are made of high quality Alloy Steel material and are hardened and tempered. The Gears are generally made of Carbon steel. Proper tolerances on center distances and M.O. T. etc. are maintained to eliminate backlash and other manufacturing defects.

We design and manufacture Process Lines in various varieties:

I. Slitting and Edge Trimming Lines:
We manufacture slitting lines covering coils from 200 mm width to 1400 mm width weighing up-to 15 M. T. The strip thickness can vary from 0.03 to 6 mm. The range covers the need of all type of metal fabricating and handling companies. There are models suitable for the Aluminium and other non-ferrous industry.

II. Coil Build – UP Lines:
We manufacture Coil Build-Up lines for Non-Ferrous industry. The Hot Rolled coils of lower weight are welded together to form a larger coil which can be Cold Rolled more efficiently. This consist of Uncoiler, Multi-Roll Straightening Machine, Edge Slitter, Clamping and Welding Station, Coiler, etc.

III. Scalping Lines for Brass/ Copper Strip:
The thick Hot Rolled/ Concast Strip is faced on both sides on the Scalping Machine to remove surface defects incurred during casting hot rolling operations. This consists of Pinch Rolls, Multi-Roll Straightener, Scalping/ Facing /unit with Roller Table etc.

IV. Straightening Multi Roll:
This Multiroll Mill can straighten ferrous/ nonferrous sheets up to 1320mm wide and 14mm thick. The rolls are hard and chrome plated to give the best results. These can be of various combination like 5 roll, 7 roll and even upto 13/17 rolls.

V. Coil Buildup Lines:
These lines are meant for copper/ brass strips where coils of lower weight are joined together to form one coil of larger weight to increase productivity during cold rolling.

We bring you Ferrous/ Non Ferrous Sheets & Strip up to 1.5 meter wide & 6mm thick can be slit of these lines. These lines are designed to have optimum speed, shortest setting times, highest possible accuracy and burr-free edges. The arbor is made of forged alloy steel and is hardened, tempered and hard-chrome plated to give maximum life. All the parts are precision machined. The locking of arbor is done through a combination of taper roller bearings fitted in a chock fixed in the middle stand housing. The cutters are made of HCHC material with hardness as per the material to be slit.
