Incepted in 1988, Rollz Pack Pvt. Ltd., is a reputed name in the industry engrossed in manufacturing of bags, pouches and sachets that are used for packaging of various products that includes triple laminated bags, moisture resistant bags, double laminated bags, heat resistant bags. Founded by Late S.M.Ghose, who was a pioneer in the Printing and Packaging field. Rollz pack is a direct descendant of M/s. Bengal Box Industries, Calcutta, which has served the Unilever Group for 56 years i.e., from 1940-1996. In 1997 we diversified into packaging for exports for a wide portfolio of customers from mehendi exporters to engineering product manufacturers to active pharma ingredients, bulk drugs and intermediates producers.

Our entrance into this industry further opened our avenues into the world of food packaging with RTE (Ready to Eat) retortable packs. We can easily and efficiently manufacture large or small Laminated, Food Grade, Metallized, Aluminium foil Bag, Food Bags, Aroma-Retentive, Oxygen-Resistant, Gas Resistant, Opaque, Double Laminated or Triple Laminated Bags or Sachets.

We use the latest technology to develop our products as well as pay attention to minimize the pollution level by making recycling and reusing the waste products which come out of the production unit. We have been serving the Chemical Industry for High-Tech industrial Packaging for exporting to the globalized world economy. Our products pass through all tests for maritime movements through container in the bulk heads of the cargo vessels.

Our manufactured products are available in pouches, sachets as well as bags which are used as sample pack of 4 to 6 inches in size. An ISO 9001:2000 certified company our products are made using food grade poly, aluminum foil, polyester as well as metalized polyester. Our wide gamut includes Double Laminate Nominal Barrier ( DLNB), Triple Laminate Medium Barrier (TLMB), Triple Laminate High Barrier (TLHB), Triple Laminate Sunlight Barrier (TLSB), Quad Laminate Ultra Barrier (QLUB), Triple Laminate Very High Barrier (TLVHB), Quad Laminate Sunlight Barrier (QLSB) and Triple Laminate White High Barrier (TLWHB).

Our products are aroma retentive, oxygen resistant, gas resistant as well as opaque. Apart from the showcased range we also manufacture Single Colour Rotogravure Printing and Stand up, Ziplock, Gusseted or Anti Static Options. We also supply Heat Sealing Machines for sealing our bags. Aluminium foil carry bags & computer printer covers & purses.

We are a quality conscious firm and have been awarded with ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2006 for our premium quality. In order to maintain all the quality levels throughout our production process we have also appointed a team of quality analysts who test the products by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) as well as wide ASTM & BIS test methodologies @ NABL accredited Laboratories.
