Rolly Jewellery is currently a 100 % export oriented Jewellery Company with its state-of-the art manufacturing facility at SEZ, Mumbai. Light weight Jewellery at Rolly is made by deposition of Gold, atom by atom, using a very sophisticated and precise technology, on an alloy metal Jewellery piece called a mould or mandrel. The metal is subsequently separated from the mould and the free standing metal replica is the " shell". The process involves the use of micro-processor based Plc controls and specially developed software for Gold Electroforming by Hite Switzerland, leaders in chemical instrumentation. The quality and average thickness of deposit are closely monitored and controlled, enabling manufacturing of highly complex jewellery in Gold and Silver. In- process multi-level Quality control feed back is monitored by computers to ensure that successive batches have uniformly performed similar to set parameters. Rolly is also one of the largest fully integrated light weight Gold jewellery manufacturers in the world. From Gold Refining to Finished Gold jewellery everything is done in house. The manufacturing facility is spread over 1500 sq.m of covered space with aesthetically designed modern interiors. The Company is managed by a team of dedicated professionals all having over 10 years of experience in jewellery and related manufacturing activities.
