Risk Management
Risk management is one of the important aspects of project management. All the project managers and key personnel have been trained in managing risks during a construction operation. The risks during the construction are generally in nature of automobile accidents, excavated pits, handling of heavy goods, handling high temperature bitumen mixtures, staging the shuttering of super structures and other risk similar in nature. The project managers are educated to lay down a detailed project plan before the start of a construction activity in which the risk mitigation measures are appropriate to the probable causes that are provided for. All the safety aspects are identified in the project plan and are strictly complied with in addition to the safety instructions that are provided to us by our respective clients.
Each construction site is provided with inspection vehicles carrying First Aid Kits so that in the unlikely event of an accident taking place, immediate medical help can be made available to the affected person regardless of whether he belongs to the Roman Tarmat team or the public.
