Pepacoat™-BB-6130 offer excellent binding strength and improved mechanical resistance. It also improves light fastness and does not give smell as SB latex does.

Paper is mainly used for finish the surface of wood material. These must be flexible, stiff and tear resistance. Pepacoat™-DP-6040 binder improves strength flexibility, reduce absorption of chemicals for smooth printability.

Packing for food requires strict properties economically to meet performance requirements. Pepacoat™-BFD meet all the requirements of water, water vapour and fat resistance (for PIZZA Boxes, Fries Cartoons, Burger Clamshells).

Pepacoat™-BGR is an ulternative to flourochemicals for food packaging industries. Pepacoat™-BGR is flourine free oil repellent food packaging agent.

APPLICATIONS:
For getting best results following care must be taken.
Wood surfaces should not have moisture more than 10%.
Adhesive must be applied on both the surface which have to be bonded and these to be pressed together firmly.
Perfect bond is achieved after 8-10hrs.
