We, Roopa Soaps, are one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of handmade soap engaged in manufacturing and export of Toilet soap, Luxury soaps, Beauty soap, Hotel soap, Herbal and Scrub soap and Laundry soaps. Leveraging on our extensive industry experience of about more than fifty years (established in 1958), we have developed our expertise in catering the customized demands of our customers.

Infrastructure We have state-of- the art infrastructure, which is equipped with high end machines to manufacture a range of soaps. Our manufacturing unit is backed by trained personnel, who have knowledge regarding the production process and are also well versed with the functioning of the machines as well. Some of the machines, which we have installed in our manufacturing unit are-

- Special Mixers

These machines are kept upgraded from time to time to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Manufacturing Process Our manufacturing process follows all the step wise procedures to ensure that quality of the final finished products. The process starts from-

• Amalgamator Stage: In this stage the soap base is added, along with the fragrances, colorants and other additives.


• After this these are mixed thoroughly to precise concentrations and the mixture is then passed though fine mesh screens in multi-stage refiners and roller mills to create a homogeneous composition.


• This stage is then followed by the soap compression process, where the soap is compressed and extruded through a forming plate to obtain the desired shape and is cut to length. After this the shape is then press stamped as per the design of our client's brand into the soap.


• Finally the soap is packed either inline or offline, depending on
