About UsM/s. Rosewood Projects (P) Ltd., a pioneer in civil constructional work in India has conceived the idea of introducing the method of Trenchless Technology all over India. This technology will not only cover up the congested cities and towns in India but also will pave the path of installation of cables and pipes etc. through deep rivers and sea-beds.
The Trenchless Technology in other name Horizontal Directional Drilling Technology is a process having globally accepted by which cables, power cables, sewage pipes, gas and water pipes are installed without least distrubing the surface of city roads and crossings.
The device of Horizontal Directional Drilling will play a very important role in India''s infrastructural development programme by installing pipes and cables efficiently providing a cost effective solution. A Hydro-Mechanical process of laying of utilities (Pipes, Cables etc.) under the ground, canal or river without trenching the surface of the earth. An integral detection system will enable to lay these utilities without damaging other existing utilities under the ground.
This is first of its kind in India and is used for trenchless installation of pipes and cables from 0.25 mm dia upto 1.6 M diameter. It is a gentle technology which uses the drilling suspension and replaces the hazards of open cut trenching. The process avoids the digging of streets and pavements, reduces cost without causing any noise and traffic disruption. |
