We are equipped with the latest imported machinery in injection moulding, which can manufacture all types of injection moulded articles of pp, pet, hdpe, ldpe, polystyrene, abs etc. Our manufacturing ranges from caps to canisters, big and small articles, as we are always open to expansion.

Moulds for caps, closures, household article and pet preforms for jars, bottles and containers parts of a whole product and other injection moulding articles in different shapes, sizes and designs are developed on behalf of our customers, in single or multiple cavities.

We had started our unit with a vision of an ever expanding market in blowing industry. We started initially with just one blowing machine to blow beautiful, unbreakable, food grade, light weighted pet bottles. Now after 9 yrs we can see that most of the industries have converted to either pet or hdpe bottle packing. We have expanded according to the domestic and international markets need and are open to expand further.

2 CNC Machines and a hi-tech tool room serves to develop single, double or multiple cavity for auto and semi auto machinery for customized pet and hdpe bottles and jars blow shells.

Our unit is well equipped with a hi-tech tool room for developing moulds for our valued customers. CNC machines assist us in developing preform moulds from single to multiple cavity hot plate or hot runner moulds, for a quick service to our customers in developing their packaging products.

Our Customer selects any shape, in any material and expresses the desire to develop something similar. We pick up from this point and start the designing work. Our CAD designers show several variations which can be possible in the initial shape given by the customer and shape up the ideal one for our customers. The designing is done up to our customers satisfaction. The final design with dimensions and 3D sketches is given to and approved by the customer. Then our moulders take over and give shape to the product, our valued customer has in mind, after this the production starts on our machines. So we follow the whole procedure aided by the required artists, technicians and engineers.
