The sprockets we manufacture are technically advanced and are made using supreme quality raw material such as alloy steel which imparts them durability. Designed with utmost precision and attention these are precisely forged and casted.

Our product is available in two different types:

• Mud pump
• Draw works

For simplex, duplex and triplex chains ½ to 3 pitch range is available. Drawing and sampling is available as per the specification of the customers. The teeth of the sprockets hardened using induction and are tempered to required depth and hardness.

We manufacture a wide range of work rolls, back-up rolls, sendzimir rolls, straightener/leveler rolls and plate & cold strip work rolls. These rolls are produced from high carbon high chromium steels, alloy steels of EN-31 & K-310 grade and alloy steel rounds which are ultrasonically inspected to ensure defect-free rolls.

The size varies up to 300 mm diameter and length up to 3000 mm. The manufacturing process starts with machining rolls as per clients’ drawing, obtain hardness induction hardening process as instructed by customer and finish grinding.

The gear couplings that we fabricate are used to join the various motors and gearboxes so that the motors work efficiently. Available in size up to 119, these coupling are applicable in industries like rolling mill, steel plants, chemical plants, fertilizer plants etc. The product comprises of following following:

• Crowned Teeth
• Induction Hardened Teeth
• Toughened Steel
• Forgings/Castings

Our company also offers spindle connection for steel plants that comprises of toothed bush and toothed holder, internal teeth, external teeth that are ultrasonically tested and are hardened using induction hardening process. The spindle couplings have been supplied to M/s. Bokaro Steel Plant.

We manufacture an inclusive range of high quality gears for varied industrial and machinery applications. Produced using latest technology, our precision engineered industrial gears deliver superior performance even in most demanding conditions. We use high quality construction material such as forged steel and castings of various compositions using process like machining, gear cutting.
Following are the types of industrial gears we produce:

• Single & double helical gear & pinions spur gears that are available in diameter up to 2300 mm and 24 modules.
• Internal gear available in 20 module and up to 3000 mm dia
• Splined shafts that have length up to 3000 mm

We manufacture gear boxes using qualitative mild steel and stainless steel. These products are known for their durability and have been tested for their higher tolerance level as well as efficiency. These gear boxes have various applications in industries like automation, robotics, machine tools, printing and generally high precision and dynamic positioning tasks.

We manufacture I H on spherical surface which is used for induction hardening. Our product is applicable in tractors, loaders, excavators, mobile cranes and fixed tower cranes. This product provides low cost solutions for various applications and saves considerable amount of power as the efficiency is more than any conventional machines.

The choke and choke assembly are free from any defect such as blow holes, cavities cracks, hard spots etc. The components such as forged rings, nuts, threaded rings, split rings, wear plates, etc are hardened using oil and tempered to a hardness of 180-220 BHN. The casting done on these components is tested to IS9565-86 level 3. The plugs, screws, bolts, nuts used are cadmium coated and plungers of hydraulic cylinders are hard chrome plated to a thickness of 21 microns. All the choke assemblies can be interchanged with the existing chokes. Apart form this choke; we also manufacture chock supplied to stabbing mill that weighs 10 MT.

We manufacture spares for oil field equipment that includes rotary counter shaft assembly for E1400& E2000 draw works. All the spares are individually casted and have high tensile strength. Superior grade material is used to manufacture these spares, which makes them abrasion resistant.
