Profile
Incepted in the year 1984, we Rotec Transmissions(P)LTD have developed ourselves as one of the eminent manufacturers and exporters of precision engineered industrial gears like industrial gear boxes, industrial sprocket gears. We are guided by our mentor Mr.K. Gopi Raju (Former GM BHEL) who has years of industry experience. Our manufacturing unit is fitted with many advanced machines that are imported from foreign countries such as USA and Germany. To ensure the quality of the product we conduct special tests like chemical mechanical and ultrasonic are carried out in the labs recognized by prestigious organizations like Boiler Inspectorate, A.P., LRIS,Ministry of Defence,Bureau of Veritas, Tata Projects etc. Our R&D division works conscientiously to contribute to the engg industry by designing and developing dimensionally accurate products. We are effectively catering to the various private and public sectors clients such as Vishakapatnam Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Plant, Bhilai Steel Plant and many such leading players of steel industry.

Our highly efficient and meticulous human resources are the backbone of our company. The team comprises of experienced technocrats, engineers, marketing professionals, machinists, metal technologist and skilled/semi skilled workers. Our proficient engineers put diligent efforts to produce spare parts and other industrial supplies in accordance with clients’ requirements. They optimally operate the machines are used in the production process.

Research and Development We have an in-house R&D facility and invest a considerable amount of money on research and development process, so as to keep ourselves abreast with the most recent changes in the market. An experienced team of professionals keeps a vigil eye on arising marketing demands and technical developments. Our researchers have in-depth knowledge of various physical and chemical properties of metals and keep introducing new hardness and testing techniques.


Quality
We have been granted prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification by M/s. L.R.Q.A. The quality wing is managed by a team of quality experts and is headed by former Quality Manager, BHEL. They conduct following tests whenever necessary:
  • Physical testing of test pieces,
  • Radiography of weldments
  • Micro structure analysis
We conduct special tests such as ultrasonic tests in accordance with ASTM Standards for Level-II and chemical tests that are carried out in independent labs and Central Government Laboratory available in Hyderabad . These labs are recognized by organizations like Boiler Inspectorate, A.P., LRIS, Ministry of Defence, Bureau of Veritas, Tata Projects etc. The finished Products are checked on following parameters:
