Stacker and Reclaimer

Bucket wheel Stacker  move on a rail track along the piles of material. They stack and reclaim materials in different stockpiles. The material moves on both sides we can also supply four quadrant reclaiming. A clear space  is provided on the bucket wheel to cut into a the pile.

We can also supply  in four quadrants(directions ) Reclaimers within the operation radius. The bucket wheel can cut into the piles from both sides.

The bridge Reclaimer, offers the high blending ratio required for homogenising limestone, coal, iron ore, etc.

It spans the pile and supports a trolley that reciprocates its travel gradually along the length of the box girder. The trolley has suspended triangular harrows to loose the stockpile material. Each  harrow is adjusted to a slanted position that matches the angle of repose of the stacked material. A scraper chain collects the material and transports in to the yard conveyor. The reclaimed capacity is controlled by varying the travel speed of the machine.

Bridge type drum reclaimers with high capacity are ideal of blending. They  can span  stockpiles up to 140 feet wide and capacities of 5000stph in coal.

The Circular Reclaimer is designed for360 degrees of rotation. The design consists of a slewing and luffing Stacker and stack the Material,  a feeding and discharge hopper. The stacking and  reclaiming systems operate independently.

This type of stacker is the most versatile since it is able to slew from a stockpile to the other side of the yard conveyor and build equal stockpiles on both sides of the yard feed conveyor. The tripper is connected to the travelling stackerand serves to transfer material from the longitudinal stockyard conveyor onto the boom conveyor. It has a rigid box girder design of a three-point system connecting to  saleable upper carriage design by way of slew bearing, slew gear and slew drive pinions. A hydraulic cylinder causes the motion. Stackers and trippers are designed for variable speed travel and can be quickly relocated from one place of the stockpile to another. This can be operated by manual semi-automatic or fully automatic mode.

The side boom stacker/reclaimer has the same reclaiming functions as the side boom reclaimer, but a tripper trailer does the stacking. It transports and discharges materials into the scraper blades, with reversed rotation to build a stockpile slowly. The side boom stacker/reclaimer can also send the incoming material on top of it, or can be used to stack and reclaim separately

The tripper car serves to transfer the material flow from one part of the machinery to the next- for example from the stockyard longitudinal belt conveyor onto the conveyor in boom of a stacker.
