We manufacture a wide range of work rolls, back-up rolls, sendzimir rolls, straightener/leveler rolls and plate & cold strip work rolls. These rolls are produced from high carbon high chromium steels, alloy steels of EN-31 & K-310 grade and alloy steel rounds which are ultrasonically inspected to ensure defect-free rolls. The size varies up to 300 mm diameter and length up to 3000 mm. The manufacturing process starts with machining rolls as per clients’ drawing, obtain hardness induction hardening process as instructed by customer and finish grinding.
