Mechanical Seal

This is a multy spring externally mounted, balance Dry Mechanical Seals as secondary elements. Various face materials & elastomers to cater wide application. These dry seal are basically used on top entry agitators as dry running seals. In beverage and pharma bulk drugs companies mixing of any other liquid will contaminate the product & affect it's quality hence these running seals are used.

We offer factory Agitator Mechanical Seals duly hydro tested at required pressure. These seals are used in glass line steel and SS mixer, agitator & reactor. These are used with non pressurised barrier fluid preferably clean water or oil. These seals can be supplied with cooling water jacket to ensure healthy environmental control near the seal area.

We offer technically advanced test rigs used to ensure the capability of Mechanical Seals design, can be use in process plant for there critical & hazardous application. Tailor made rig can be design as per customers requirement. This specifically shown test rig is design for high pressure mechanical seal used in heavy water industry.

We offer multi spring externally mounted Reverse Balance Mechanical Seals with O ring as secondary sealing element. This seal can be use for corrosive application as the metallic component do not come in contact with liquid to be sealed.

Our factory assembled cartridge Double Agitator Mechanical Seals used on mixtures, agitators & reactors. These seals are designed for handling severe & hazardous services. The design incorporate bearing located very close to seal to avoid cantilever effect at seal area. As a standard cooling jacket is provided in the seals to dissipate maximum amount of heat generated by the seals. Seals can be given without bearing, if equipments bearings are very close to seal area. We also offer double dry runniing seals to avoid the risk of spoiling costly batches.
