Our factory assembled cartridge double mechanical seals used on mixtures, agitators & reactors. These seals are designed for handling severe & hazardous services. The design incorporate bearing located very close to seal to avoid cantilever effect at seal area. As a standard cooling jacket is provided in the seals to dissipate maximum amount of heat generated by the seals. Seals can be given without bearing, if equipments bearings are very close to seal area. We also offer double dry runniing seals to avoid the risk of spoiling costly batches.

This is a multy spring externally mounted, balance seal with O ring as secondary elements. Various face materials & elastomers to cater wide application. We offer conical spring design which are immensly popular. It's a uni directional seal design use in abrasive and slurry application. Torque transmission is done by conical helical spring these seals are dependent on direction of rotation. Direction of rotation is seen from drive end of the shaft. Clockwise rotating shaft requires right handed spring & anti-clockwise rotating shaft requires left hand spring.

We offer teflon bellow seals for extremely corrosive chemicals including concentrated acid, salts, strong oxidising & reducing agents all components which comes in contact with the liquid being sealed are chemically inert material.
