Long standing clients include many of the world's foremost IP owners. Rouse has always been more than a law firm. We realised at the outset that to get the results clients were looking for, we needed a range of professionals, including specialist IP investigators, working closely together in a non-hierarchical, creative and results-oriented environment. That is what we created, and that is what Rouse remains. Despite the firm's subsequent growth and development, its basic strategy and its spirit have remained unchanged as we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2010. |

The business was established in June 1990 as a UK law firm offering international anti-counterfeiting consultancy services. Key elements of the original proposition and strategy are still important today. These are: - putting the client first;
- fee levels well below those of major competitors;
- providing both 'know how' and 'know who'; and
- a 'can do' attitude.
