We have micro processor based plastic injection moulded machines like precision plastic components, plastic molded gears,etc. to produce high precision plastic components with consistent quality. Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with various injection moulding machines from reputed companies like Electronic, GMT, Top-Turnner, Colchester and Bridgeport for producing precision parts in large quantity. We have imported machines from various countries like Taiwan and England. We have successfully developed relationships with various raw material suppliers, metal inserts suppliers, mould makers, hot runner system developer etc.
We use a variety of moulding machines for developing plastic moulded components like:

• 1 nos EDM Machine (Electronic) - Indian
• 2 nos Surface Grinder (GMT) – Indian
• 1 nos Lathe Machine (Top-Turnner ) - Taiwan

Presently we are having fourteen Injection Moulding Machine from 7 tons to 350 tons are placed to handle the most challenging assignments in the thermoplastic processing. These machines are known for the high performance and can cater to manufacturing of all type of plastic material like Polycarbonate, Nylon, all Glass Filled, FR and all other super engineering plastics. Sophisticated Electronic Controls enables precise monitor and control resulting into manufacturing output of parts with high quality and within a narrow process variation. |

Future Planning & Proposed Project
We have already purchased a Industrial sight in Shiv Ganga Industrial Area (Roorkee) with 27,000 sq.ft. constructed area located just 35 minutes run from existing SIDCUL Industrial Area located at Haridwar. To feed back our existing partners in our success and expand our business, we have installed more than 15 Injection Moulding Machines, Thermoforming Machines (Blister Packing) & Injection Blow Moulding Machines in two stages to fulfill our valuable customers requirements within short notice.
