After tremendous success in trading and thereby keen to manufacture Pigment Emulsions, in 2001 ROYAL RASAYAN took their first step in Manufacturing. Initially manufacturing quota was up-to 2 ton/month. Their main manufacturing products included RED, YELLOW, and ORANGE PIGMENT EMULSIONS. After huge success, ROYAL RASAYAN is manufacturing at present at about 15 ton/month. At present ROYAL RASAYAN is manufacturing more than 20 colors of Pigment Emulsions.
ROYAL Pigment Emulsions are dispersed organic pigments for printing on textiles. ROYAL Pigment Emulsions are processed with advance technology to achieve excellent Brilliancy, Fineness, Dispersion and fastness properties. ROYAL Pigment colors are compatible with any good binder to give high degree of tinctorial value and brilliant shades on textile fabrics. These can also be intermixed to get different desired shades. |
Testing FacilitiesRoyal Rasayan has Recruited Highly Qualified and Qauntified Workers and Staff who are Working Day-by-Day on Methods to increase Tinctorial value of Colors.Right now Machines are Giving Excellent Brilliancy, Fineness and Fastness Properties then Also Researches are goin on to Come up with 100% quality. We are trying to increase the Ratio Between Royal Pigment to Good Quality Binder and Minimum Percentage Binders for Pale Shades.
