About UsRP APPARELS is a trading & sourcing company set up in 1993. We have been in China since 2001. We are suppling high quality sportswear like track jakets, track suits, jogging pants, shirts & swim shorts for FILA and involved in developing & manufacturing the same for FILA, who is one of our main buyer.
We also supply large quantities of high fashion garments for various European brands, we specialize in value added ladies clothing with embroidery treatment, spray, washing and print techniques that separate our product line from the run-of the-mill products you find elsewhere. We use hand embroidery techniques with beads and sequins and all kind of fabrics like silk, silk blends, voiles, stretch poplin, soft cottons, nets, chiffons, georgettes, jersey, viscose and cotton lycra knits etc.
Our design team is constantly gathering information from their travels, on future trends of colors in order to stay ahead of our clients need &focusing on color forecast, textures, trims and accessories. It is the attention to detail that sets us apart from our competitors. Our pattern makers are masters of their craft and have a genuine understanding of the economics of garments we manufacture. We have strong R & D team that continuously churns out new techniques, embroideries and prints that add tremendous value to the garments at affordable price. |
InfrastructureWe have offices in India & China. India is the corporate office having marketing, merchandising & finance. We have 3 offices in china- In Jiangsu, Shanghai & Guangdong Province. These offices are for QA, follow ups, merchandising, design studio etc. We have over 30 people in our china office to ensure quality & timely delivery.
As a manufacturer and exporter of high range garments, it is our duty to have facilities which allow us to fabricate top quality products that meets our customers highest standards. We have 8 factories having 200-400 machines each located around Jiangsu & Zhejiang province. Each product category has a specialized factory and they are masters of their product with focus on quality finishing & timely delivery. All our factories are socially compliant.
