Bronze Bush

Sintered porous self lubricating bronze bushes (metal bearings) are powder metallurgical parts, the starting materials are obviously metal powder. The metal powder used are specifically produced to give flow and compacting characteristic and at the same time ensure best mechanical strength, grade or porosity for oil retention and self lubrication in its finished form.

Bronze bushes for shafts as per the following sizes or as per the required size can be manufactured as per requirement. We also cover the whole range of TATA, Leyland and JCB Bushes.

Material Specification: - Copper Based Alloy confirming to all specification including B.S, A.S.T.M, D.I.M and I.S.

We have our foundry shop wherein we can control our material specification and can provide casting within our scope of range. Our casting capacity range starts at a minimum 50gms to the maximum of 50kg. We also have an in-house machining workshop with latest CNC machine where precision and repeatability is guaranteed and also we have center less grinding machine, milling machines for all secondary operations.
