Established in the year 1993, we are one of the leading manufacturers of all kinds of wooden cases both in local as well as Export & Seaworthy Packaging. We also undertake packaging contracts with companies in their premises and pack various machineries and other components effectively.

We take pride in the possession of two manufacturing processing units, where the products are processed through different machines and devices meant to achieve optimum quality. We have a team of professionals who are experts in checking the quality of our range before dispatching the same at the client’s end. Our efficiency is further proved by our workforce who helps in delivering consignment to our bulk buyers in the scheduled time frame all the year round. The packaging job as taken by us is absolutely as per standard packing norms which are globally approved (ISPM NO 15) for wood packaging.

Warehousing and packaging

We own a capacious warehouse that has helped us a lot in achieving our aim of customer satisfaction. The warehouse is designed in such a way that different products are stored in different sections, in a systematic way. It allows easy access and retrieval of the products.

We also undertake whole packaging contract with companies in their premises where we pack the machineries and components as per standard packing norms which are globally approved (ISPM NO 15) for wood packaging.

In our spacious warehouse, we have also made separate terms of place for fumigation treatment (800 sq ft) to export quality wooden cases. We make use of the quality packaging material to package the product consignments so that they remain safe during transit.

Our Quality Assurance

We ensure that our range is made from the supreme raw material such as wood silver wood and pick. We follow ISPM norms which mean INTERNATIONAL STANDARD FOR PHYTOSANITARY MEASURES in all our production process. This standard describes measures to reduce risk of introduction or spread of pests associated with wood packaging material which is made up of unprocessed raw wood such as coniferous and non-coniferous. This standard was authorized by the commission on phytosanitary measures in March 2002 and modifications were done in April 2006.

The quality of the products is checked at pre and post production stages based on various quality parameters such as:

The standard guidelines protects the wood packaging material such as pallets, dunnage,crafting, packing blocks, dram cases, load boards and skids which can be presented in almost any imported consignment. Moreover, the quality auditors also make certain that all the specifications laid by the clients have been duly met.

Our units are equipped with latest machines that help us to accelerate our production capacity and meet the bulk requirements of our clients within stipulated time frame. We have also installed hydraulic nailing machines in order to increase the speed of our production processes and to maximize our range in terms of superior quality and quantity. We have also appointed five separate LCV vehicles for transportation of material to the companies. (Including THREE 407 TEMPO & TWO MINIDOR)We also have the provision of diesel generator of 15 kVA in order to carry on the production in case of power cut and load shading.
