 Introduction
Incepted in the year 1998, R.R. Tecchno Services is a professionally managed manufacturer and exporter of superior quality foundry chemicals like industrial ceramic coatings & industrial water based coatings, which are widely used for sound casting finish. Our mentor Mr. Ravindra M. Desai has led us to the firm grounds of success with his in-depth industrial knowledge and years of experience.

We have a team of experts who have relevant credentials and immense industry experience. Backing on their in-depth knowledge we have served to the varied needs of many clients across the world. Further we try to understand the requirements of our clients and manufacture customized products.

We have come a long way since our inception and have grown immensely. Today, we are having a production capacity of about 50 tons per month. Our products have gained wide acceptance all across the world because of which we have carved a niche for ourselves in the industry.

Our wide range of foundry chemicals is manufactured using latest techniques and advanced machinery. We offer M-COTE GL, CERACOTE- 21, ISSOCOTE IR, MAGNACOTE, ISSOCOTE-IRS, DYCOTES (water based), DYCOTES -1 (water based), CERAMIC-21 (RV), M-COTE GL, CORXIL-1 and CERACOTE - 21 (RFU).

Infrastructural Set Up
Owing to our state-of-the-art infrastructural set up that comprises of sophisticated machines and equipments, we have been successfully catering to requirements of foundries. Additionally, our well-equipped manufacturing unit is empowered with all requisite blending, formulation & storage facilities such as:

  •  Powder mixers
  •  Vacuum pump

In addition to this, our manufacturing unit is spread over a vast operational area of 5000 sq ft and has an installed capacity of 50 units. We are capable of manufacturing products in bulk with all the products being verified at every level of production process.
