About UsThe Group was established in the year 1982 by Shri Subhash Gakkhar, presently Chairman of the Group, with a clear vision to serve the Whole Gas Industry with better quality products at most competitive rates. Since then the group has served the Industry by introducing various products using latest technical know-how supported by continuous in house R & D. The Group is presently being professionally managed through the highly experienced personnel of the Trade under the able Command of Shri Sanjeev Gakkhar, CEO of the Group.
Division (1) Manufactures gas regulators, welding torches & cutting torches :
Under R. S. Industries banner, the Gakkhar Group manufactures Gas Regulators of their renowned COMMANDO brand, which are made of porosity free brass forged body, bonnet and components, Fitted with especially designed pressure Gauges and Reinforced Diaphragms suitable for oxygen, acetylene, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, medical oxygen, carbon di oxide, lpg, helium, chlorine and ammonia gases.
The Company also manufactures Stainless Steel Body Regulators for OXYGEN (high-pressure) AMMONIA and CHLORINE and NITROGEN Gases.
Further the Company manufactures Gas WeldingTorches, Cutting Torches, Heating Torches, Cutting Tips, and other welding Accessories.
Division (2) Manufactures all type of industrial/ commercial/ domestic burners & equipments:
Under this division the Company manufactures all types of Industrial Burners and allied components. The fuel used are LPG and DIESEL. Our Burners are suitablefor all Industrial applications Including Paint Shops, Castings, Textiles, Food Processing, Restaurants, Hotels and Guesthouses.
The Company also manufactures Burners and Equipments suitable for vast designs and various brands of LPG stoves used in Homes. Canteens, Hotels and Hospitals and also undertakes to manufacture Burners as per designs and specifications supplied.
The Company also take care of your Burners and Equipments on Annual Rate Contract Basis.
Genius Technologies-
Division (i) Manufactures welding electrodes:
Under this Company, Gakkhar Group manufactures Welding Electrodes suitable for all types of applications, using indigenously refined Techniques mixed with modern and latest approaches.
And are in the process of introducing Tubular Hard Facing Electrodes for surface roughening of Sugar Cane Crushing Rolls, Cutting Knives and Fiberiser Hammers & Shredder Hammers in Sugar Mills.
Division (2) Manufactures completeplant & machinery for the manufacture of welding electrodes:
Under this division, the Company manufactures Complete Plant and Machinery for manufacturing all varieties of Welding Electrodes. The company uses most modern technologies and manufactures various sizes ranging from Mini plants to plants of 5 Tons Capacity. The company also provides technical know-how and formulations for the manufacture of Welding Electrodes, Free of charge alongwith the supply of Complete set of Plant and Machinery.
Gakkhar Industries Manufactures welding cables, rubber and wire braided hoses:
Under this banner, the Gakkhar Group manufactures Rubber Hoses suitable for LPG, OXYGEN, DA and other Gases. The Company also manufacture wire braided Hosesfor use with LPG, DIESEL, PETROL ETC.
And are in the process of manufacturing Welding Cables of Copper and Aluminum.
Sanjiv foundry manufactures ferrous/non ferrous castings:
Under this banner, the Gakkhar Group undertakes Casting of Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metals of all Grades using Crucibles techniques. |
