RS Plastisizers Pvt Ltd started 30 years back in the name of Carpet House as a small retail outlet in the heart of the city 80 ft road [Kanpur, UP, India] dealing with limited number of products such as Foam Sheets and home furnishing products such as Foam Mattress, Foam Sofa Cushions, Foam Bolsters and Foam Pillows. Apart form this we also deal into Fibre Mattress, Fibre Sofa Cushions, Fibre Bolsters and Fibre Pillows. In due course of time, the store became a big success and expanded in terms of sales figures and the store size from small retail store to a multi storey showroom. The company then went into distribution of many branded products like Matadoor foam, Coir Foam, Kurlon, Coco flex and Flora foam.

The management decided to manufacture PU foam with a different name and brand image under RS Plastisizers Pvt Ltd. It has almost 15 years of manufacturing experience. RSP is the first manufacturer of PU foam in central Uttar Pradesh. The products range from cushions, pillows, mattress and foam sheets etc. under registered brand names RESTWELL and VIRGIN. RSP uses all modern machines which are required to produce the best quality foam. The machines can slice a foam sheet as thin as 1.3mm. In terms of market, the products are used by many exporters for shoes, jackets, chandler, packing of garments etc. Government institutions like Ordinance equipment factory, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, ALIMCO. Along with this, RSP also supplies its products to various retailers in Kanpur, Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Jhasi and other adjoining areas.
