Infrastructure

INFRASTRUCTURE We have a spacious 1500 sq.ft.office in Baroda city. The Office is equipped with well-networked computer system and all ultra modern communication facilities. The office mainly takes care of sales & marketing co-ordination, accounts and administration. Our works area is spread in 7000 sq.ft. Built up area with another 8000 sq.ft. Covered area. This takes care of space requirement for large size seaming, fabrication of signages, etc. We have a large area for real life display of flex printouts for hoardings. INSTALLED CAPACITY LARGE FORMAT PRINTING We have a total printing capacity of 14,00,000 sq. ft. per month, largest in the region of Western India. 1) Vutek Ultra VU II 3360 8-color - 720 dpi resolution, 125? width with huge installed capacity of 6,00,000 sq. ft. per month. 2) HP Scitex XL 1500 8-color - C, M, Y, K, LC, LM, LY, LK process Switch able between 4, 6 and 8-color process 1200 sq.ft per hour Onyx Poster shop Rip Software 11.2 ft. wide Pigment & Solvent based inks. 3) HP Designjet Latex L25500 Printer - Up to 1200 x 1200 optimized dpi and 1200 x 1200 input dpi with 8 colours HP This machine prints on various Medias like photo gloss paper, matte vinyl, silk, canvas, and art paper. No lamination is required on most of the media. Durability of inks is up to 1.5 yrs with lamination. 4) HP 8000 Eco-solvent Printer - Paper, banner scrim, films, fabrics, self-adhesive vinyl HP low-solvent pigmented inks Up to 720 x 720 dpi. All the above mentioned machines are operated by well-experienced and qualified professionals. 5) Jaguare II JR 132 S (with stand) ? Cutting Ploter 4.5 ft. size cutting 4 ft. with high speed. All the above mentioned machines are operated by well-experienced and qualified professionals. STUDIO For ensuring the best pre-press work, color matching and other related jobs we have eight computers at our studio. We have 2 pre-press computers and 1 RIP station, with dual Pentium processors. A Macintosh with dual processor is also on hand. Every computer has licensed Windows XP OS installed and is supported by latest versions of Photoshop and CorelDraw software. On the RIP station we have ColorBurst as the RIP software for VUTEK; MUTOH runs on RIP software named Onix.These are world?s best software for this purpose. For HP, we have dedicated RIP computer, which is having RIP software, provided by HP. We are also equipped with HP3770 scanners and Brother laser printer for last minute support and corrections. This section is looked after by a team of experienced desktop publishers and qualified designers. AUCILLIARY EQUIPMENTS Our above set up is backed by semi-automatic XL jet laminating and mounting machines for uniform bubble free lamination and proper mounting. Leister Swiss made automatic seaming machine provides flawless and precision seaming with a standby machine as well.
